How to do

4- Chicken thighs that are smeared with ingredients and must be soaked in egg or slaw sauce, then sprinkle white sesame seeds on the meat.
5. Pour the fat or frying oil in the pan (the amount is estimated when the frying pan is submerged in the meat), wait for the hot oil to smoke and then put the chicken thighs into the frying pan until it boils until the color of roasted eggs is extracted.
Other notes
Note: If the chicken thighs are too big, which is
not easy to cook well, they can fry it almost 60% until it is extracted, and
when it is cold, then put the frying pan again, or you can turn off the heat by
waiting for the fat or The cooking oil cools down and the stove is turned on
again.
