Chinese mushroom steamed duck legs



Ingredients

 

Pork, duck, parsley, sugar, garlic, snail oil, pepper, dried mushrooms, sesame oil

 

How to do

 

     1-5 pairs of duck legs, 3 pieces of lard 5x5 cm, 5 Chinese mushrooms, 10 garlic       cloves, 3 parsley roots, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, snail oil 1 tablespoon,

 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 cup soup, bean curd

.  Chinese mushrooms soaked in water to soften the old hard part.

.  Cut the duck legs into rounds, put them in an earthen pot prepared with lard, add Chinese mushrooms, ginger, garlic, parsley, pepper.

.  Combine sugar, bicheng, snail oil, sesame oil, soup together, pour in a clay pot, close the lid and put on a steamer until the water is low, eat with sour sauce and pepper.
