How to make fried fish

 

Ingredients: fish, pepper, salt, lemon, cooking oil, red onion

How to do:

Ø  3-4 small fish, 3 tablespoons roasted rice, 4 hot peppers, 3 red onions, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 lemon, oil or Fat for frying

Ø  2- Make fish skin, operate on the abdomen, remove the intestines and cut off the head, wash it with clean water and keep it fresh.

Ø  3- Dip the fish in salt and leave for about 10 days.

Ø  4- Take dirty fish, smear it on fried rice and leave it for about 5 days

Ø  5. Fry the fish until it is well cooked and squeeze the lemon on top, then add the red onion and pepper on top.
